Introduction to Research in Engineering
Your Library Card
Your Unicard card is your library card and is needed to print on campus
Your UserID is the first nine digits of the 10 digit barcode on your library card.
- Student, Faculty or Staff? Your PIN is initially the number on the front of your University of Calgary ID Card. If your number has leading zeros, remove them.
- Other? Your PIN was given to you when your Library Card was issued.
If you are looking for a book, journal article, conference proceeding (or any type of research material) that we don't have in our collection we would be happy to try and help you find it. First thing you should do is contact your subject librarian and they will take a look for you. If they can verify that we do not have what you need then the next thing we will do is suggest placing an Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
An ILL involves the U of C borrowing the item for you from another university or organization. This is a free service. You can find the link for ILL's right HERE.
