Information Commons Customer Survey
The following statements relate to your feelings about the service
provided at the Information Commons. For each statement, please show
the extent to which you believe this facility has the feature or
service described by the statement. Choosing a 1 means that you
strongly disagree that the Information Commons has that feature or
provided that service. Choosing a 7 means that you strongly agree. You
may choose any of the numbers in between to show how strong your
feeling is. There are no right or wrong answers. We are only interested
