Did you know that the Taylor Family Digital Library has a Visualization Studio with an interactive 34.5 million pixel display available to all faculty, staff, and grad students? The studio can be booked for free and has been used for many things including: image analysis, open house feedback sessions, user-studies, video product, course project presentations, workshops, and as a unique venue for oral defenses.
In a ceremony held October 29, 2015 in Ottawa, Nepalese ambassador to Canada His Excellency Mr. Kali Prasad Pokhrel and New Zealand High Commissioner His Excellency Mr. Simon Tucker jointly presented Jack D. Ives with the Lifetime Achievement edition of the Sir Edmund Hillary Mountain Legacy Medal.
