Licenses for electronic products restrict use as follows

Products are for individual research and scholarship only.

• No systematic downloading, for example entire volumes or issues of journals or entire books.
• No use of robots, crawlers or similar software applications to capture data.
• No resale or commercial use.
• No posting of PDFs to open websites.
• Please also refer to the UofC Computing Services Agreement.

Product sellers routinely monitor database activity. Users who violate these restrictions endanger access for the entire campus community and may be prosecuted by the product sellers. Users in violation may also be disciplined by the University for non-academic misconduct as per the University of Calgary Calendar.
