Starting in fall of 2012, there is a new learning support program in the Taylor Family Digital Library. Student employees called Peer Roamers are available to help students with basic writing assistance, simple searches for known items, citation formatting, navigating the library and the Student Success websites, and use of TFDL services. Look for the Roamers in their orange T-shirts with their orange iPads. Roamers will solve straightforward problems while referring advanced problems to the appropriate expert or specialist.
Peer Roamers are an initiative of Libraries & Cultural Resources / Learning Services and the Student Success Centre, funded by a Student Union Quality Money Grant.
