• ArtStor -  ~1 million high-resolution digital images of art, architecture, and culture with educational use permissions.  NOTE you can limit your results to a particular time period
• BASE (Bielefield Academic Search Engine) -  can limit search to images that are freely available  - use advanced search and limit to creative commons and to images
• British School at Athens Digital Collections
• CLAROS -  art of ancient Greece and Rome - searches major library and museum collections
• Corpus Vasorum Antiquorum (Corpus of Ancient Vases) -  Catalogues of Greek pottery with links to Beazley Archive Pottery Database
• Internet Archive - over 15 million out of print books have been digitized, many of the works dealing with the classical period contain valuable images, for example, Historical Greek Coins
