BUSN - Company Information
Shareholders (investors, stockholders) are the owners of a publicly traded company because they own one or more shares in the company. Shareholders may be individuals, companies, or other organizations.
Institutional investors are entities that pool together funds on behalf of others, and invest those funds in a variety of different financial instruments - examples are mutual funds, investment banks, pension funds, hedge funds etc.
