The terms may be paired with a specific grade level, education type, subject or general terms relating to education as shown below:
"empathy" and "elementary education"
"privilege" and "grade 4"
If the user wishes to add additional terms, they must select add a new line. Users are encouraged to experiment when searching by changing terms or phrases as needed. There are many ways for finding information.
Not every search may provide the exact resource the user is looking for, it may result in some trial and error. It looks like the search has yielded some relevant articles on privilege in the classroom, this could be a good starting point for a research project.

- SOGI 123 :What's happening in Alberta?SOGI 1 2 3 helps educators make schools inclusive and safe for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI). At a SOGI-inclusive school, students' biological sex does not limit their interests and opportunities, and their sexual orientation and how they understand and express their gender are welcomed without discrimination. SOGI 1 2 3 is designed to address the gap between educators reporting high-level support of SOGI-inclusive education and lower level participation in SOGI-inclusive activities due to feeling that they do not have the appropriate skills, training, or support.
- Teaching Tolerance : Classroom ResourcesIncludes lesson plans and learning plans about various social justice issues. Seems very board in topics covered. The Doucette Library has a few of their resources.
- Zinn Education ProjectTeaching Materials: Looks at connecting social justice issues with history. Emphasis is American but could be relevant for Canadian classrooms.
