Citation counts and H-index for Authors

Choose Author Search Tab.  Enter last name, first name or initial, affiliation, and select subject areas.

 

 

Select the desired author from the author identifier list.  (To determine which author names should be grouped together under a single identifier number, the Scopus Author Identifier uses an algorithm that matches author names based on their affiliation, address, subject area, source title, dates of publication, citations, and co-authors.)

 

 Choose:

Show documents to see a list of all documents by that author

View Citation Overview to see citations per documents, per year.  Results may rested by year and by number of times cited.  An h-index figure and graph is also provided.

Complete citation information for articles published prior to 1996 is not available in Scopus. Articles published before 1996 are not used when calculating an h Index.
