Education - Teacher Well-Being

Practical and scholarly resources on teacher well-being.

Importance of Teaching Well-Being to Teachers

This guide will introduce you to both practical and scholarly resources pertaining to teacher well-being. While there are a great many resources on the impact of positive psychology on, and its relationship to, mindfulness and well-being of students, this guide focuses on resources for educators interested in their own well-being and flourishing as professionals and as individuals.

The guide is designed with both professional educators and scholars in mind; you will, therefore, find both practical resources, strategies, and supports for pre-service and in-service teachers, as well as scholarly resources and research tips for those interested in the topic from an academic perspective.
