LAW Indigenous Peoples & the Law

This guide is intended to help researchers locate cases, legislation, commentary and databases on Indigenous Peoples and the Law.

Information About the Indigenous Law Guide

This guide is designed to assist your research for your Indigenous Peoples/aboriginal law research assignments or to locate law relating to Indigenous Peoples. This guide will provide access to a vast array of print and electronic resources available through the library. This will help you get started by suggesting appropriate legal and interdisciplinary resources.

The tabs found above will open pages that provide links to sources that are mainly Canadian but also include some foreign jurisdictions. Resources may include constitutional issues. Databases may be restricted to University of Calgary users or to Faculty of Law users.

Should you need any further assistance with your research please call 403-220-7274 or e-mail lawlib@ucalgary.ca.
