Definitions
Although interconnected, Indigenous Law and Aboriginal Law have differing perspectives. Indigenous law originates from Indigenous legal tradition and individual Indigenous societies. Aboriginal law in Canada equates to the law concerning Aboriginal peoples from legislatures and courts.
