Reference Assistance

During the summer, reference assistance is available 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturday. Please ask for assistance at the Information Commons Service Desk.

Computing Assistance

Technical assistance is available whenever the Information Commons is open. Please ask at the Information Commons Service Desk.

For after hours assistance email itsupport@ucalgary.ca, or fill out an IT Service Request. A voicemail message can also be left at the IT Support Centre at (403) 220-5555.
