Research Assistance and Library Instruction
Looking for some assistance? Why not schedule an appointment with a librarian?
Meeting with a librarian can help you to:

  • Focus your topic into a researchable question;
  • Select the appropriate sources to search for information on your topic;
  • Develop effective search strategies for library databases and the Internet;
  • Set up search alerts on topics on ongoing interest;
  • Ensure that you’re on the right track with the research you’ve done to date;
  • Answer any other questions you may have regarding finding, retrieving, and using information
If you would like to set up a time to meet with a librarian who specialises in your subject area, or just meet to go over some library basics, please fill out the brief form found here and we will set a meeting up with you.
