Solutions include:
- Try entering the full record. There are more than one choice for connection usually. Try another.
- Go direct to the databases from the a-z list, search the title there.
- In most instances this is fixed by clearing the cache, cookies, and history for their web browser (Chrome) or using a different web browser.
- 'right click' the link and open in private or incognito.
- Use the chat icon to get additional help.
