About HSL

Our staff provide dedicated support to students, staff and faculty in the Health Sciences. On the Foothills Campus, we support the Cumming School of Medicine and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, while also providing resources and support to all other UofC faculties that conduct research related to the Health Sciences.

The library offers study and collaboration space, computer classrooms, physical collections, and expert assistance with searching the medical literature. We are also home to the History of Medicine room, a collection of medical history literature that includes the Mackie Family History of Neuroscience collection.
