Description/Type of Records: Correspondence, proposals for new programs, reviews or deletions, program budgets, unit reviews, self-assessments.

Provost and Vice-President (Academic) 10 years to accommodate the 5-7 year Unit-Review cycle. Permanent preservation in Archives

Registrar’s Office 10 years Confidential shred or delete

Restrictions: Access to this series shall be limited to those with the authority for the following purposes:

  1. File and/or case management.
  2. Approval and review.
  3. Legal review.
  4. Research (at the discretion of the Provost and Vice-President Academic).
