Description/Type of Records: Senate, Senate Executive and Senate committee agendas, minutes, reports and accompanying records. This retention rule does not apply to Search & Selection Committee records for Chancellor.

Records from open meetings are unrestricted.  Records from in camera meetings may be restricted for up to 15 years.
