Biography
Robb Gilbert is archivist of the Canadian Architectural Archives. He directs the acquisition, preservation, and access to CAA collections along with the assistance of the wider Archives and Special Collections team. Robb received his master’s degree in archives and records management from the University of Toronto and in religion and culture from Wilfrid Laurier University. He previously served as the EMI Music Canada archivist at the University of Calgary where he processed and provided access to the collection’s vast audiovisual materials. Before joining the University of Calgary, he was archivist at the Kamloops Museum and Archives, one of the oldest community archives in Western Canada.
